After logging in, select Add Listing from the menu.
Choose your category, fill in your business details, upload photos, and submit.
Our team reviews each submission to keep the directory clean and trustworthy.
Most listings are reviewed within 24–48 hours.
We check for accuracy, quality, and relevance to ensure a positive experience for all users.
Managing Your Listing
A featured listing gives your business premium visibility.
It appears at the top of search results and category pages, helping more New Yorkers discover you.
Go to your Dashboard → My Listings.
Choose the listing you want to update, make your changes, and save.
Most updates appear instantly.
Yes. You can upgrade to a featured listing anytime from your dashboard.
Upgrading boosts visibility and helps your business stand out.

Premium and featured options are available for businesses that want more exposure.
1earthy focuses on NYC, but businesses that serve or deliver to New York are welcome to join.
We welcome all NYC‑based businesses — from local shops and cafés to service providers, creatives, and community organizations.

Visit our Contact Us page and send us a message.
We’re here to help with listings, account issues, or anything else you need.
If you forget your password, simply go to the Login page and click “Forgot Password?”.
Enter the email you used to create your account, and we’ll send you a secure link to reset it.
Once you set a new password, you’ll be able to log in and access your dashboard again.
If you notice incorrect information or something that doesn’t look right, you can report it directly from the listing page.
Scroll to the bottom and click “Report This Listing”, then tell us what’s wrong.
